With chicken and walnuts
In this salad, the ingredients are arranged in layers, but you can just mix everything - it will also turn out delicious.
You will need:
- chicken fillet - 150 g;
- pineapple - 150 g;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- walnuts - 80 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- mayonnaise - a few tbsp. l.;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- salt to taste.
How to cook:
- Boil eggs and chicken, cut into cubes.
- Cut the fruit as well.
- Grate the cheese.
- Dry the nuts in a pan without oil, chop.
- Spread the food in layers, each smearing with mayonnaise mixed with crushed garlic: first chicken, then pineapple cubes, eggs, cheese. The meat must also be salted.
- Sprinkle the dish with nuts, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
With cucumbers and croutons
Better to take croutons with a meat or neutral flavor. They are also made independently by drying the diced bread in the oven.
You will need:
- beef or pork - 400 g;
- pineapple - 250 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- crackers - 50 g;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- mayonnaise - a few tbsp. l.
How to cook:
- Boil the meat, cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Cut the cucumbers and pineapple in the same way, but the cubes should be even smaller.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, mix well.
- Before serving, the salad is seasoned with mayonnaise and sprinkled with crackers.
With shrimps and Chinese cabbage
The recipe uses peeled shrimp. These are usually found in stores, or you can boil and peel them yourself.
You will need:
- small peeled shrimps - 300 g;
- Chinese cabbage - a small head of cabbage;
- pineapple - 300 g;
- pomegranate seeds - 100 g;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp l.;
- lemon juice - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- mustard - 1-2 tsp.
How to cook:
- If there are no shrimps ready to boil, cool. The cooking water must be salted.
- Dice the cabbage and fruit, add the shrimp and pomegranate seeds.
- Make a dressing by mixing sour cream, olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.
- Fill the salad with the resulting mixture, put the dish in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
With mushrooms and chicken
It is also possible to use fresh mushrooms in this dish. In this case, they should be boiled and marinated with onions.
You will need:
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- chicken fillet - 300 g;
- pineapple - 150 g;
- pickled champignons - 150 g;
- sugar - 1/2 tsp;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
- mayonnaise - a few tablespoons
How to cook:
- Cut the onion into half rings, scald with boiling water.
- Add vinegar, salt, sugar, stir. Leave to marinate.
- Boil the chicken, cut into medium cubes with the fruit.
- Cut the champignons into 2 or 4 pieces.
- Mix the prepared ingredients, including the onion squeezed from the marinade. Season with mayonnaise.
- Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Korean style ham and carrot
Korean carrots add spice to the dish. It can be replaced with a regular one, but then the salad will lose its sharpness.
You will need:
- ham - 200 g;
- pineapple - 200 g;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- canned corn - 200 g;
- Korean carrots - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - a few tbsp. l.
How to cook:
- Cut the ham into long pieces, the pineapple into large pieces.
- Add grated cheese to meat and fruit.
- Add corn, carrots and mayonnaise.
- Mix everything well.
