You will need:

  • chicken fillet - 150 g;
  • pineapple - 150 g;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • walnuts - 80 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - a few tbsp. l.;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • salt to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Boil eggs and chicken, cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the fruit as well.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Dry the nuts in a pan without oil, chop.
  5. Spread the food in layers, each smearing with mayonnaise mixed with crushed garlic: first chicken, then pineapple cubes, eggs, cheese. The meat must also be salted.
  6. Sprinkle the dish with nuts, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

With cucumbers and croutons

You will need:

  • beef or pork - 400 g;
  • pineapple - 250 g;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • crackers - 50 g;

  1. Boil the meat, cut into medium-sized cubes.

  • small peeled shrimps - 300 g;
  • Chinese cabbage - a small head of cabbage;
  • pineapple - 300 g;
  • pomegranate seeds - 100 g;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp l.;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • mustard - 1-2 tsp.

How to cook:

  1. If there are no shrimps ready to boil, cool. The cooking water must be salted.
  2. Dice the cabbage and fruit, add the shrimp and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Make a dressing by mixing sour cream, olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.
  4. Fill the salad with the resulting mixture, put the dish in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

You will need:

  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • pineapple - 150 g;
  • pickled champignons - 150 g;
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp;
  • salt - 1/2 tsp;
  • vinegar 9% - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
  • mayonnaise - a few tablespoons

How to cook:

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, scald with boiling water.
  2. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, stir. Leave to marinate.
  3. Boil the chicken, cut into medium cubes with the fruit.
  4. Cut the champignons into 2 or 4 pieces.
  5. Mix the prepared ingredients, including the onion squeezed from the marinade. Season with mayonnaise.
  6. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • pineapple - 200 g;

  1. Cut the ham into long pieces, the pineapple into large pieces.
