Step-by-step recipe for making canned pineapple pie in the oven
I met a recipe for sweet pastries with pineapple rings in one of the TV shows dedicated to making quick treats. It should be noted that the ingredients and the way to create the aromatic miracle were simple and I didn't have to write them down. And in the evening of the same day, I decorated the family tea party with a beautiful, fragrant and tasty cake.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. wheat flour;
- 1 tbsp. kefir;
- 1 tsp baking soda;
- 3 eggs;
- 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- 200 g canned pineapple (rings);
- butter;
- semolina.
Preparation:
- Put the pineapples in a colander to drain the syrup.

Beat eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until frothy.

Pour kefir at room temperature into the resulting mixture.

Gradually add flour sifted with soda into the liquid part of the dough.

- Place the piece in an oven preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees and bake for half an hour.
- Use a wooden skewer to check if the cake is cooked. If the skewer is dry, you can turn off the oven. If the wood is still damp, increase the cooking time by 10 minutes.

Leave the finished pie in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then remove and transfer to a platter.
Allow the cake to cool slightly before removing it from the mold.
