• a camera aimed at a mirror opens a portal to the other world, from where evil forces can come to a person;
• photography connects a person and the mirror in which he was reflected. If in the future something bad happens to the mirror (for example, it cracks or breaks), then the person who took the picture will face failure and even death.

American scientists conducted a study, during which it was found that those who constantly look in the mirror are more likely to experience anxiety, worry a lot, and even begin to age earlier. The explanation is quite simple: when looking at ourselves in a mirror surface, we begin to notice the smallest flaws. A person loses self-confidence because he thinks that his body is unattractive. Stress begins, which is harmful to health.

But how does this relate to photography? Getting a good shot is preceded by choosing the right posture, perhaps brushing and applying makeup. And all this is not complete without a mirror. Of course, if you decide to take a picture in the mirror once, nothing bad will happen. But if you do it regularly, and also spend a lot of time studying your own appearance, then it will be difficult to avoid complexes and worries.

Mirror photos are not as dangerous as superstitions say. They will not kill you and bring trouble into the house, but you shouldn't get carried away with them anyway. Scientists are sure that the constant presence in front of the mirror is harmful to the psyche, and we have no reason not to believe them.
