  • High insulinemic index. It was found that insulin levels rise more after consuming dairy products than after consuming lard and dark chocolate. What does this mean from a practical point of view? In the period from 23 to 24 hours (in some people - from 24 to one in the morning), the body synthesizes a special somatotropic hormone, which speeds up the process of burning fat.
